Our Sensei, his Instructors and his club
Bexley & Sidcup Ju Jitsu is a Kent based Ju Jitsu club and although the club itself is new, it is run by black belt 2nd dan Andrew Ross who has over 22 years experience in ju jitsu.
Our instructor Sensei Andrew although relatively young has spent many years devoted to training in the art of Ju Jitsu and is a qualified instructor. He came up through the junior belts first, then worked through the adult belts before obtaining his black belt in 2000. Since then he has gone on to achieve his 3rd Dan in recent months.
Ju Jitsu has been a part of Andrew's life for over 22 years and for Sensei Andrew it is more than just about the training, it's a whole way of life that he is committed to and believes that commitment comes across in his teaching style. He enjoys sharing his skills and passing these skills onto his students.
Sensei Andrew is a qualified first aider, has an up-to-date enhanced DBS check in place and has the relevant public liability insurance all instructors require.
Our newest instructor Sensei Louis, who has obtained his 1st Dan Black Belt has been with the club for over 6 years and has worked hard and steadily through the belts to achive this.
Jujitsu has become a big part of Louis's life, and as the club has grown so has he. He is a very active member of the club contributing time and effort to help others progress by teaching all ages and classes where he can.
He enjoys sharing his Knowledge and passing these skills onto the students and seeing them progress on as he has.
Sensei Louis is on the Black Belt Official register
